Common questions

What is The Golf Advantage?
The Golf Advantage is a personalised online golf improvement programme for recreational golfers. Rather than teaching swing technique, it helps you cut costly mistakes and improve your scoring patterns using a diagnosis, one weekly focus and a round-review process.
Who is the Break 100 System for?
It is designed for recreational golfers who can get around a course but are still scoring above 100 and want a structured route to lower scores. You do not need to be a good golfer or have a reliable swing to use it.
Is it a subscription?
No. The Break 100 System is a £199 one-time payment. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
What does the £199 include?
It includes your personalised starting assessment, your adaptive weekly plan with clear steps, weekly and monthly reviews, score and progress tracking, and access until your breakthrough is achieved and confirmed.
Do I need a golf coach to use it?
No. The programme works whether or not you have a coach. If you do work with a coach, you can tell the programme during setup and it will take that into account rather than competing with your lessons.
How does the free golf diagnosis work?
The free diagnosis is a short questionnaire, usually under two minutes. You enter your email, answer the questions and see a high-level view of where your shots are most likely leaking, plus one clear first action. It is a free introduction, not the full programme.
How does the weekly plan adapt?
Your plan is generated from your setup answers and then updated from what you log — the steps you completed and the rounds and reviews you submit. Each week you get one focus rather than a long list of drills.
How is progress measured?
Progress is tracked from the rounds and reviews you log, including your scores and the recurring patterns behind them, so you can see whether things are moving in the right direction.
Which countries can buy the programme?
Checkout is currently available to customers billed in the United Kingdom, United States, Australia.
What happens after I break 100?
Your breakthrough is confirmed over further rounds rather than a single lucky card. After that, an optional Stabilise 100 phase focuses on making sub-100 scoring consistent.
How do I access my account?
You buy the programme, create an account with the same email address, complete a short setup and then sign in at any time to see your current focus, plan and progress.
Does the programme guarantee I will break 100?
No. It is a structured improvement programme, not a guaranteed scoring outcome. It gives you a clear plan and a review process — the results depend on the work you put in and how you play.
