The Golf Advantage

How the Break 100 System works

The Break 100 System follows one simple loop: diagnosis, one weekly focus, a practical action, a round review, then an adapted next step — until your breakthrough is confirmed.

1. Complete the diagnosis

You answer a short set of questions about your scoring, your rounds and how you practise. Nothing technical, and no scorecard needed.

2. Receive your priority area

The system identifies one priority area to work on first and explains, in plain language, why it is costing you shots.

3. Work on one focused action

You get one focused action for the week — a practical step you can complete at the range, at home or during a round.

4. Log rounds and complete reviews

After a round you log what happened and complete a short review. This is where the programme learns what is really going on.

5. Let the plan adapt

Your next step is based on what you actually did and what your rounds showed, so the plan changes with you rather than staying fixed.

6. Confirm the breakthrough

When you break 100, the programme asks you to confirm it over further rounds. After that you can optionally continue into the Stabilise 100 phase.

Why one focus at a time

Most golfers above 100 are not short of advice; they are short of structure. Working on one thing at a time makes it realistic to complete, and it makes it clear whether it worked when you review your next round.

What you need to take part

  • The clubs you already own
  • Rounds you can log — full rounds or shorter ones
  • A few minutes each week for your review
  • No launch monitor, no scorecard history and no coach required
